Q: How can I purchase a ticket for someone else?

A: Each account can only acquire one ticket. In order to purchase a ticket for someone else, you must log out of your account, register another account, purchase their ticket in the new account. They will then be able to use the new account to view the livestream.


Q: I purchased a ticket to Wynonna’s last livestream. Can I use that account to login to view the livestream on July 8th?

A: No. You will need to create a new account and purchase a ticket in order to view the livestream on July 8th.


Q: Can I be logged into my account on my computer and my phone at the same time?

A: No. Each account can only be logged into one device at a time.


Q: I forgot my password. How can I gain access to my account?

A: Navigate to the “Login” page of the site. You will be asked to log in to your account. Click on the “Lost your password?” button and type in your email address associated with your account. You will be sent an email to change your password.


Q: Where do I go to watch the livestream?

A: You can access the livestream from the Livestream tab at the top of the site. You must be logged in and have purchased a ticket to the livestream in order to watch.


Q: How long will I be able to watch the livestream? 

A: The livestream will be viewable for 24 hours after the performance. Our fans are based all around the world and we want to give everyone a chance to be able to watch! Once the 24 hours has past, the livestream will no longer be viewable.


Q: How long will it take to receive my merchandise orders?

A: Orders placed today are expected to ship between July 8th and July 12th. This is processing time only, and does not include transit time. All merchandise will be shipped using the standard ground USPS shipping method. Be aware that delivery speeds may be affected by Covid 19.


Q: I purchased a Zoom Meet & Greet. How do I schedule the Zoom call? 

A: Someone from Wynonna’s team will reach out to you between July 8th – July 12th. If you do not hear from someone by July 12th, please reach out to customerservice@wynonna.com. Please check your spam email before reaching out.
